My services are restricted

I can not pay until a further 2weeks can I get my services reenstated until then?

Hi @Susanconroy  unfortunately no. Sky won't reinstate your service til any debt is cleared and a new payment method set up. It's automated and Sky won't accept promises to pay, no matter what CS may say.

@Susanconroy Sky won't reinstate your service until the outstanding bill is paid in full, if the bill is more than 2 weeks late then Sky may insist on you paying the next month in advance aswell.
