My phone was repaired but….

My phone stopped being able to recognise that there was a SIM card in it. I contacted Sky. The person in customer service said they'll send packaging to return it in then I'll receive a new one. Sent the phone off then get a call to say that I won't be getting a new one so either have it back as it is or send it off for a repair which may be covered by the guarantee or warranty. Shockingly it wasn't covered so the quote was £92.58 and again I can either get the broken phone back or pay for it to be fixed. I paid because the phone is still in a contract.
When I got the phone back the screen has been cracked and scuffs all around the edges!!!! The phone has always had a screen protector on it and is always in a case!!!
I have spoken to numerous people about this and got absolutely no where!!!
I have now also submitted complaints which, again, I have had no responses.
What do I do now???

@Becca2501

If you have submitted a complaint then Sky has 8 weeks to either resolve it or to issue you with a deadlock letter which will allow you to take it further:
