My phone still thinks I’m out of the UK

Since arriving back home from a trip abroad my phone still thinks I'm there! I tried to access the national lottery but couldn't get past the problem and was unable to sign into my account . Any ideas on how to fix this please?

Give this a try:

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Service > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.

Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.

Thank you @caesarome  i tried as you suggested and whenever I press 'home' it just reverts back to the primary setting of 'roaming' .. I checked my husbands settings too and it's exactly the same.. I still can't access my lottery account  I'm flummoxed! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Have you tried rebooting the phone too?
