My phone does not support esim and now I am stuck without a network. Please help.

Made a mistake in thinking my phone supported esims. Now I need a physical sim as a replacement but seem to be going around in circles on the website trying to solve this. Can anyone help please.

Did you activate the eSIM, if so see if you can order one via this link:

https://www.sky.com/productsettings/mobile/sim/x/replacement-sim

If you can't then will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links at bottom to their sites.

Thank you very much for the reply. It does not seem to be activated. I will try the social media angle. I am not on any social media but will try figure something out.
