As customers here we can't say for sure what has happened so what actually did this email say and who sent it to you, was it Sky or DPD ?

Hi @Peace_5 no one here will know, this isn't sky CS, it's customer helping customer. You will need to call sky to find out why. If you already have a sky sim you can call on 150.
