My order

Today my device was supposed to arrive and it didn't arrive. When will it arrive then? where is the new date?

@Eduarda+Miranda  We are all customers here and have no access to anyones account or order status, what does your order tracking page say?  https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you placed an order yesterday and the website said it was coming today then I'm afraid you will probably not get it today as the delivery schedules are not that accurate.
