My order is late

I ordered an iPad 10th gen the first weekend of feb, it said delivery would be 3-4 weeks. It has now been over 4 weeks and my order still says 'coming soon' and I haven't had any updates on the process.

Hi @Emily155  unfortunately no one can give you any more information to what's showing in your account. All you can do is watch there for updates. If you want to cancel the order and go elsewhere then orders can only be cancelled by calling sky.
