My order hasn’t arrived

When ordering my new phone I was told to wait 2-3 weeks and unfortunately it has nearly been 4 with absolutely no updates but someone calling me asking why I haven't activated my sim card which is to arrive with my phone! And to protect said phone I haven't received I would like an update regarding this asap please

Are you sure they are from Sky as it might not be.

 

Was your phone an iphone 17 ?
