@HUAWEI+P40+lite You are not contacting customer support here, the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers.

You will have to call Sky to see if they have received your returnd item.

You posted the same back on the 6th and explained we are customers here only as you are not talking to Sky.

 

If you got tracking you should be able to use it to see if has got to where it going.
