My old mobile number has not transferred to my new phone

My new phone arrived from Sky this morning and everything has set up from my old phone apart from my actual old mobile number that should have transferred with a PAC from my old supplier (Vodaphone).  I sent the PAC to Sky yesterday when i ordered my new iPhone.

How do I get my old number onto my new phone?

Any help would be appreciated as my old phone is still receiving my phone calls!

Hi @smartin64  if you have sky the PAC yesterday it should happen sometime today. Use your Vodafone sim until it stops working then the number should start working on the new sky sim (assuming you activated the new sky sim).
