Once again today, I tested my mobile from my landline and got the message "that number has not been recognised". I actually saw my mobile light up and shut down while listening to the message on my landline. This has been going on for months! I reset my Sky settings or turn my phone off and on and it is fine for a week or so! When are Sky going to sort this problem. If I didn't have a landline to test it every few days I wouldn't even know callers were receiving the dreaded "number not recognised". I think I'm going to have no alternative but to switch to another provider. I cannot bear contacting the dreaded Sky help desk and receiving the "script talk" yet again.
