Discussion topic: My new phone was supposed to be delivered Saturday 2nd July but was delivered to wrong address by Dp

Dpd delivered my new phone to the wrong address and the front door photo shows this. When I rang them to discuss they told me it was delivered to Clifton Road instead of Clifton place Prestwich M25 and to go knock on to see if they have it. I did this numerous times but got no answer and fail to see why I should chase down and correct Dpd's mistake

You perhaps need to contact Sky as we are fellow customers here. Did DPD say it had been delivered and accepted?
