I recently moved to sky but wanted to keep my old number I provided you with a PAC number but my number is still not working ?

A few questions:

Does your sim in your other network still work ?

When did you give Sky the pac code ?

Have you activated the Sky sim ?

If the number has not transferred yet you should still be able to use te Sky sim as it will have come with a temporary number ?

If it is a case of the number isn't showing when calling others/doesn't show under Phone settings then you can try resetting the network settings.
