How do I remove a mobile device from my account

We have a mobile device on my account that's fully paid for

Only devices returned to Sky will be removed, for others like any that you are keeping they will remain on the account but do not count as an active device so should prevent you from placing another order.

My devices that are fully paid for and are at least 4 years old are still showing as active devices and, the agent I spoke to at sky said he couldn't remove them!

That's correct @VickyR184 only devices returned to sky can be removed.

It was the fact they were still showing as active devices, that's the problem as I wanted to add someone else on to my family plan. I did put a complaint in as I couldn't get anyone to help me and this morning they aren't active any more! I don't like complaining but it least it got something done about it.

I want to do the same as I no longer own one of the phones showing in my account so annoying I can't get rid of it. Can you tell me who you made the complaint to?

If it's currently preventing you from placing an order call Sky where an agent can place an order for you.

I've tried calling sky but can't find a number anywhere just the forums and bot chats which are most annoying as the bot doesn't properly understand the question. Do you have a direct number ?
