My new Magic Keyboard is not functioning properly.

I recently order iPad Pro m4 11 inc and Magic Keyboard. I got my Magic Keyboard on 9 sept 2024. Sadly my Magic Keyboard is not supporting properly. Very oftenly my touchpad doesn't work at all and lack.  Then i have to disconnect my iPad and reconnect it. 

I strongly believe this keyboard has problems. Now I want to return it and want a workable keyboard. How can I contact to the proper department of the sky?

There's only one number to call - no specific department numbers.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
