My issue with sim bill

I purchased a phone on contract with sim I would like to cancel my sim as I accidentally added a 100 gb plan and now my bill is so high coming up to 50 pound second month that's ridiculous I hope sky can fix this issue I diidt know how to work the app and I added different plan then I changed it again and now my new plan is more than what was agreed before and the data is less aswell this is very unfair I hope sky can ethier fix my plan again or cancel my sim I will carry on with the phone
