My issue with sim bill

I purchased a phone on contract with sim I would like to cancel my sim as I accidentally added a 100 gb plan and now my bill is so high coming up to 50 pound second month that's ridiculous I hope sky can fix this issue I diidt know how to work the app and I added different plan then I changed it again and now my new plan is more than what was agreed before and the data is less aswell this is very unfair I hope sky can ethier fix my plan again or cancel my sim I will carry on with the phone

Hi @Khateeb  call sky on 150 and see what they can do. You can only change your plan once per month in the app or online so you can't do it yourself.
