No network and can't access sky mobile human help as I have no network

I can't access a network to phone or text.

Hi caesarome.

Thanks for your reply. It turns out I got a tablet with my new phone and I pressed replacement sim instead of new sim so my  phone network transferred to my tablet. I swapped sim and all is well.
