My internet mobile not working

My internet doesn't work on my phone. The 5G doesn't work

Any mast issues here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/service-status-sky-mobile

 

Have to enabled 5G addon in your account?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I have sspoken to sky they said he will put my phone over to 5G as keeps coming of sky it seems still saying 4G
