My internet connection intermittently stops

When im out in town or anywhere away from home. My internet connection randomly stops working. I have taken it to a mobile phone shop - he suggested I may need a new SIM card.

Hi @Michelle__1  a replacement sim can only be ordered by calling sky on 150.
