Miracle support

I've trying to get a replacement for my esim and report my phone as stolen since the 3rd of December, date I did thd police report. Already tried the phone and at store and for my surprise none could do what doesn't seems like a rocket science, but haven't found someone that could help me so far. Has by chance someone there who can give me a help before I have the need to activate the ombudsman and offcom support? Is tiring, disrespectful, unacceptable. On top of that my account is being constantly manipulated, overcharges, bills are being duplicated, bill modified a few months and hide. I feel like I'm paying to be robed by the provider I unfortunately have the displeasure in choose.Help me please
