Discussion topic: My hotspot won’t work any more now I’m on sky mobile

I have just changed to sky from 3, and now I can't use my hotspot to link my other devises too ( iPad and Mac) I have never had this issue before. Does anyone know how to sort this please?

Try resetting your network settings on your phone, use Google to do this if you don't know how to do it. Afetr doing this you will have to set things up again like Wifi connections.
