My esim not finding a mobile carrier in france

I have apple XR. I Have 2 sky Sims. Primary is physical sim. I have secondary sky eSIM. I can make calls and roam on the primary SIM. But esim and ant finding a mobile service in France so I can't make calls or roam. Help!

also try turning off automatic network selection in your phone settings then manually search and try connecting to the ones on the list.
