My contrat ended on the 20th of November 2024and they are still charging me
My contrat ended on the 20th of November 2024 and they are still charging me. I have canceled my direct debit and I am getting messages that I will be charged £5 extral if I don't pay.

Hi @Lipzy123 as we are fellow customers we can only guess from the information provided. What do your future bills show ? Are you sure your contract finished as swap 24 is actually a 36 month contract ? You still need to pay for your monthly plan ?

If the sim contract is for 12 months and only ends when you have given notice to cancel so have you done this ?
