In case you aren’t aware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. We obviously can't see your bills.
Have you been abroad and the bill includes roaming fees? Any calls to non inclusive numbers? The online breakdown of your bill should show you what the charges are for.
