My bill

I just paid the bill today and it tried to take another payment out when I paid it already and you're now saying that February you are gonna make me pay 54 to the phone bill when I am up to date on my bills

This is where customers help each other so you are not talking to Sky.

 

This is happened as you have made a manual payment that is not needed as you bill will be taken automatically each month via the payment method you have set up on your account.
