My bill
Why is my bill this month £129 which is including a iPad Pro 11 inch which I have already paid up

Your post isn't very clear, are you saying you have manually paid this bill and then Sky have also taken it from you so it has been paid twice ?

Hi @Greta+Cane if you are sure you have paid it off then call sky on 150 for billing help. What are your future bills showing ? What deal were you on for the iPad as swap 24 is actually 36 months contract and swap 36 is 48 months.
