My bill was only 12 pound can we amend this

Not via here as we are customers like you, from what you have said your sim deal has finished hence the price increase so time to call now to see if they will offer you another discount. 150 being the number to call them on.

We obviously can't see your bills. Compare it to a previous one to see where it differs. It usually involves roaming charges, sending chargeable picture messages, calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.
