My act suspended and I need my phone as I’m abroad
I'm abroad on holiday and I have money in my act to pay my bill but it hasn't been taken and my act is suspended I am on holiday on my own and my family need to contact me

What do you mean by it not being taken? Whens you're billing date? How do you normally pay?
