Hello, 

hopefully someone can help cause sky doesnt, my account on sky has my details plus my mums separate acount no idea why, we both live in separate houses and separate accounts, i can view all her details and my own at the same time it's like they have both merged to the one account, only on my side though,

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
