Delivery missing

How are you I set up sky this week and I got a phone also out with ye on my deal . It says on my email it was delivered I got home from work and it wasn't there how will I go about this. Thank you my own name is Anthony Cahill

Does it actually say delivered or dispatched ?

 

Did DPD contact you with a one hour delivery slot ?

It says delivered but i never got them i goy hoke from work and it wasnt at ny door
