My Sky app

I have recently changed my email address on the my sky app and since my mobile account is no longer on there, when I go to link accounts it says it's already linked

Is this the email address you use to login (so the username part) or your recovery/household email address that you have changed ?

What happens now if you use the previous email address as you should still be able to use it to just login to your app. If you do what to change it then I believe your only option is to get in touch with Sky and talk to their ID team to see if they can help getting it changed for you.
