I have rolled data from piggy bank it has took off my piggy bank but not on my account still

trying to roll data to my sim it comes off the amount in bank but doesn't go onto my sim

im currently abroad i have no data cap and i use the roaming passport when i try to roll data from my bank it reduces the amount i have left but does not add it to my sim

Sky Piggy Bank

I have transferred data to my mobile but still says I have no data.  Any ideas why?  Piggybank has gone down but no sign of the data!

Same with me, I have rolled 4gb of data and still showing as 0 available. 

 

I have looked all over the site and tried to use the virtual assistant but just sends me back to piggybank page

Hi @Sarah+N  and @AngryData  call sky free on 150 and ask them to look into it, that will be your quickest option to get a response from sky.

Give it 24 hours to see what happens but don't roll it again it it still hasn't shown up after that but post back on here instead.

There are sometimes be a delay in the data showing up so see what happens if you leave it for 24 hours.

Rolling data piggy bank

Hello can anyone help, each month I roll back data and share it across 4 different sims which all link to me , today I did as normal to share the data for the month but has not gone over. I have enough data in my account so that's not the problem

Piggy bank not updating phone

Just tried to update my phone twice with data from my piggy bank. I have an email confirming data rolled over and the total has reduced but still 0 data on my phone and no 3/4G signal ?

Hi @Nikifos  if you have a quick scan of this forum you will see over the last couple of hours there are many similar reports so sky must be having an issue. You could try calling on 150.

How do I get through via messenger ? 
tried and failed to get through a few times - I don't have WiFi where I am and now no 4G 😡

Piggybank data not rolling over

I am rolling over data to one of sims, the data is leaving the piggybank. but is not being added to the SIM.  Are there any techinocal issues with this at the moment?
