im currently abroad i have no data cap and i use the roaming passport when i try to roll data from my bank it reduces the amount i have left but does not add it to my sim

I have transferred data to my mobile but still says I have no data. Any ideas why? Piggybank has gone down but no sign of the data!

Same with me, I have rolled 4gb of data and still showing as 0 available.
I have looked all over the site and tried to use the virtual assistant but just sends me back to piggybank page

Hello can anyone help, each month I roll back data and share it across 4 different sims which all link to me , today I did as normal to share the data for the month but has not gone over. I have enough data in my account so that's not the problem

Just tried to update my phone twice with data from my piggy bank. I have an email confirming data rolled over and the total has reduced but still 0 data on my phone and no 3/4G signal ?

I am rolling over data to one of sims, the data is leaving the piggybank. but is not being added to the SIM. Are there any techinocal issues with this at the moment?
