Hi ,
I would give it a couple of hours it might be just slow happened to me , but dont try adding more. I ending up sending it over twice lol .

A nunber of people are reporting the same issue so keep an eye on it as the data should turn up some time. As advised above I wouldn't do it again though.

Hi,
I've read through this thread. Has anyone received a satisfactory answer. It appears to have been happening for almost a month now which is pretty unacceptable. I tried to roll data over from my piggy bank to my sim 3 times yesterday. I did it once and it didn't appear so i thought I'd done it wrong. Tried again, still nothing. Then I tried online and still no data! My balance was reduced each time. I was on a long journey so it was very annoying to have no data whenI had plenty just sitting there..
If it's happened multiple times to multiple users should there not be an official answer to this problem?

Yes. I tried three times at just before 5pm yesterday. I have email confirmations for each roll over and my balance has decreased but my sim is still showing at 0. I have three sims on the account and haven't tried rolling to the other two.

Ok I think I have the answer. It seems that even though I was trying to rollover data to the mobile that the account is for, there was no actual mobile number connected to the account in personal info settings. Once I put in the mobile number, piggy bank was back up and running

Rolled over 8gb but not appeared on my phone. Anyone aware of issues arm?

Find out moreSometimes they can be a delay in the data turning up but is usually does so I would give it 24 hours and if it hasn't then use the free 150 number from your mobile to contact Sky about it. Don't be tempted to do it again as it will take it for a second time.

It's happened to me today. So first post on this was June 2020 and it's now October 2022.
As the piggyback and roll over is their unique selling point and the reason for me and probably others for using Sky Mobile, perhaps this is something they need to get to grips with.
