My IPhone 16 not working-can’t make or revive calls.,,

My IPhone 16 is not working at all since Friday-I can't make or receive calls l, can't send texts...can't use data although I have bars on my phone. I tried everything Sky employees suggested, now they are just repeating 48 hours...

I have broadband and landline which are not Sky's so it's costing me a fortune to phone them. 
please help

Have they sent you a replacement sim to try, if not it might be worth suggesting this to them should you call them again. You are right about the 48 hours though as some seem to say this when they have run out of ideas.

thanks for your suggestion. Actually my UK numbers are on e-Sim but as I also had a spare sim I tried it in a spare place and it didn't make any difference.. But I am certainly grateful for your ideas.

If other sims are not working it would suggest a fault in your phone @kikid  ? Are you able to visit an Apple Store to get them to check it ?

But, for instance, my What's app is working on that phone and right now I am typing this on that phone being connected to Internet via Wi-fi,. Would that mean still that I should check my phone? Sorry, maybe my questions are stupid but I just don't have a clue what's going on...Thank you

If things are working when connected to WiFi but not mobile data then that definitely could be an issue @kikid  I would get the phone checked if you can.

Ok, I'll have to do it then. Luckily my phone is still in warranty. I'll call their technical support one more time tomorrow morning and then make my way to Apple Store.
