Multiple referrals
I signed up for a mobile contract and an iPad contract on the same day. The referral email I received states that if I have more than one product I can enter an account number then there will be an option for adding another, meaning you can have multiple rewards for referrals.
Upon setting up both devices, sims and accounts, which have separate credit agreements etc, my account is only showing me one account number meaning I will lose out on one set of referral rewards. The friend that referred me has sky tv and an iPad and has 2 separate account numbers. Should I have 2 accounts also? What course of action can I take for o resolve this?

Without seeing what this referral emails says it might mean that while you can have multiple rewards they would be for you signing up to different services so one for Sky Mobile and others for Sky TV and Sky Broadband. As it stands you have ordered two devices on your same Sky Mobile account which would mean you would qualify for the one referral.

The emails states you will receive an account number for each sky product. It does specify beyond that unfortunately.

As per your friend who referred you, Sky TV and Sky Mobile are billed separately so they will have two account numbers but with Sky Mobile you have just the one account number.
