I sent back two phones for a swap in the one packaging. I have been sent back one phone because my son hasn't removed it properly from iCloud, but there has been no mention of any update on my phone. The contract was up it in & I don't owe any money on that one.

For the phone that has been returned it will need to be unlinked from the iCloud.

 

For the other it can take up to 3 weeks for it to be inspected.
