I have got a password reset code but I haven't requested for that please try to stop it

We're other customers so cannot stop anything.

 

If it's just one reset mail then probably little to worry about.  However, it might be worth resetting the password yourself and enabling 2-factor authentication.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
