i actually i have paid extra 100 pounds towprd my skymobile and still the amount didnot cut from remaing money of mobile

Your post is difficult to understand but are you saying you have been making manual payments towards your mobile but it usn't reducing what you owe. This could be that because instead if paying off against the mobile, you are instead adding a credit to your monthly bill of which the bills will be paid via it, so do you see a credit on your bill ?

Hi @Carol+Smith  this is a customer helps customer forum not sky CS so we can't see your bills. If you are new to sky then your first bill normally covers 2 months as you pay a month in advance. If this isn't the case then look at your bills to see what the extra is for.

Are you new to Sky Mobile and is this £100 bill your very first one, if so then have a look at your bill and especially the date period it covers as it might cover more than the usual 4 weeks so if this is the case it would be more:

Subsequent bills should be the usual amount.
