Device swap
Hi, I recently upgraded my phone to a new iPhone 16 and done a swap deal with my old iPhone 14.
I'm still paying for two devices as it seems. Can you look into this for me or can I get my old device returned?

Re: Device swap
You continue paying for both until such time as the returned device has been received/processed/examined for damage/valued. By the way, if you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
