Moving to another country

Hi . I have purchased iphone 15 pro max recently with a monthly installment of £35. Now im moving back to my home country and i would like to know if i can still pay the installment from there. Or is there any other options

You can (and indeed must) continue to pay.  You'll need to maintain a payment method which Sky can actually reach though.
