Cannot activate the Esim and no one replies to me ! HELP
Today I received a SMS from sky mobile saying I need to update the Esim and now I cannot activate it!!! No one is replying to me and here is the screenshot of the problem. I don't have a QR code nor anything else. Can someone help me please ??? I need to have an active connection.

That isn't what that message says as it just says it can't activate your replacement sim so what actually are you trying to do ?

So I received an SMS today saying about an eSIM update and I downloaded something and there was a QR code and after that I don't have any QR code after trying to carry out the update to activate it and then I received the message as per screenshot and now I cannot activate the replacement esim!

I would suggest using another phone and contacting Sky for help with this.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.

Now I'm trying to cancel the sky contract and move to a monthly rolling contract and even that is very difficult to do 🤦🏻♀️😔

Your answer and information where very useless and unhelpful and I don't even understand how you couldn't understand my question written in good normal English and I am not even British ! I cannot activate the Esim replacement update nothing will work why and how cannot receive the correct information and phone numbers or email it something because no I cannot call this Sky mobile 150 without a signal ¡obviously ! Now I want I want to leave Sky mobile and go to another network provider !!!! Give me some actually good help please.

I am vulnerable person and this information is useless totally without a cellular phone signal nor alternative cellphone number and 150 isn't possible really obviously so it is 100 per cent @caesarome useless to me nor any body else ! I need a way to get in contact with the Sky mobile people somehow

You had failed to mention that so if you haven't already I would suggest getting yourself registered with Sky's accessibility team as there are other ways you can then contact Sky, details here:

Hi
I got the same texts and now have the same issues can't call out or receive calls. Texts seem to be fine last night but not sure now. Says am not registered to a network when trying to call out. Going to try and get through to someone in sky and see if can't resolve. Keeps coming up with sim2 issue my sim is currently esim1
