Move to Sky Mobile from Vodafon

I would like to order an offer online and transfer my number to Sky from Vodafon I can't do that. I'm in the UK now, could that be the reason?

Hi @anawro30  what is your normal home country where you want sky mobile ?

On the main sky page scroll to the bottom of the page and change the country to Ireland @anawro30 to see if that helps. If not then you may need to wait until you are back in ROI.

I changed the country at the bottom and unfortunately it turned out that they have technical problems Is there any possibility of consultation in the chat with a sky employee?
