Monthly bill really high

Hi my phone bills states in £92 next payment and I dont have that? Ive added data twice i believe this month and it should come to £50/60 at most im not sure why it's nearly £100!? Been a loyal customer for over 5 years now im looking at leaving this is insane

Check the dates the bill covers; is it longer than the normal month? Compare it to a previous one to see where it differs. A bill increase usually involves roaming charges, buying extra data at £6 per GB, sending chargeable picture messages, calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.
