Mobile bill
My mobile bill is much higher this month. Looks like some double charges on my account Can someone check please

No, not here. We are customers on here and this is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers. I’m afraid you aren’t communicating with Sky by posting on here.
Check the dates the bill covers; is it longer than the normal month? Compare it to a previous one to see where it differs. A bill increase usually involves roaming charges, buying extra data at £6 per GB, sending chargeable picture messages, calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.
