I received my new handset and the pen was broken plus I didn't receive the buds that were included in the contract

What phone did you order as for some you have to submit a claim for the buds.

And it doesn't advertise with 'included', it says:

 

Claim a free pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro and a SmartTag2

  2. Once you have received your new device, simply visit samsung-offers.claims/galaxylaunchoffer and submit a claim​ within 30 days of purchase.​​

  3. Your claim will be validated by Samsung within 7 working days​.​

​4. You will receive your gift within 45 days of your claim being validated.
