Mobile

Contract finished in the 16th August but still have a charge on my September bill not sure why and only for the phone not the sim and it's a full months charge??

Are you sure the device plan has finished?  Swap24 contracts are 3 years.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Yep the sim was rolling and the three year contract ran out 16th August 2025. It says there's £35.50 left to pay but if you click into the make a payment it won't allow you to but it's on the next bill??
