Mobile website access

Trying to access some websites which are not adult sites but just simple news sites on my sky mobile data. The sites won't open but will work fine if I connect to the WiFi, recently only joined sky mobile but this was never a problem with the last carrier, have all settings to correct settings

Do they just fail to open when on mobile data and it is just news sites from the likes of Sky, the BBC etc ?
