Mobile upgrade

My wife wanted to upgrade her phone which started beginning of October I have the phone for her and she pays so I ordered the phone SAMSUNG GALAXY S25 FE that was ok so the next day receive an email saying saying my order  been cancelled so I phone sky explained what has happened the agent said I couldn'tget the credit so that phone cancelled I asked if my wife could have the phone in her name I was told yes so that was done couple of days passed received email saying I could not have the phone , anyway I had 4 samsung phones delivered so my wife had one and the 3 where sent back I had said to the agent my wife wanted to keep her number no [doblem he said. so a week later 3 more Samsung phones were delivered  by this time had received serveral emails saying credit agreements had been cancelled phoning Sky again went through what had happened I said I have received 3 more Samsung phones the agent said hold on to them well it is November 6th I still have the phones don't know what is happening with my wife's phones  it has been phone call after phone call but got know where , Please can you sort all this out for me has know one seems to know what is going on I have been with sky 20 years and never had any problems so please help.    .                                                                                                                                                                       My regards.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Peter Jones

I'm afraid we can't.  This is a customer-led help forum.

 

You'll have to persevere in contacting Sky.  (Perhaps fill in a complaint form)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
