Mobile upgrade service is saying technical error

I have been trying to upgrade my device for nearly a week now and every time it comes up with technical error this is getting annoying I'm in need to upgrade I've never been late or missed payments also been a sky mobile customer for 4 years plus what seems to be the issue, could anyone answer please !!!!!

The technical error is nothing to do with you or your ability to pay your bill as it is most likely an issue at Sky;'s end so give them a call to place your order. 150 being the number to call them on and when you do stay silent when asked anything by the bot and remain on the line.
